Large beachfront hotels line Slovenska Obala and Bečići, while private apartments and studios fill the residential streets behind the Old Town. The majority of listings are self-catering apartments, with nightly rates starting around €30–€50 in May, June and September, climbing to €80–€150+ in July and August for central locations near the beach.

Hotels cluster along the main coastal strip between Slovenska Beach and Bečići. Properties like the Avala Resort & Villas and Hotel Moskva sit directly on the waterfront, while smaller boutique options are tucked into the Old Town streets. A handful of hostels serve budget travellers, with dorm beds from around €15–€25 per night in July and August. For longer stays or groups, villas with private pools are available in the hills above Budva and in the Przno and Sveti Stefan areas.

Parking varies considerably — properties in the Old Town area rarely have their own spaces, while those on the Riviera towards Bečići often include parking or have spaces nearby. The Budva Riviera coastline from Rafailovići through to Sveti Stefan has a different feel from the town itself — quieter, more residential, with sea views from most balconies and a short bus ride or drive into central Budva.
