Several of the larger hotels on Slovenska Obala and in Bečići — including the Splendid Conference & Spa Resort and the Avala Resort — have spa centres open to non-guests, typically offering massage, sauna, hammam and pool access for a day fee of €20–€40. Standalone salons and barbers are scattered through the town centre and the residential streets behind the waterfront.
Pharmacies (apoteke) are easy to find along the main road, in the Old Town area and in Bečići. Most stock standard European brands, and basic medications including painkillers, antihistamines and sun care products are available without prescription. For dental work, Budva has become a minor dental tourism destination with several private clinics offering treatments at rates significantly below Western European prices. English-speaking staff are standard at the larger clinics.
Dedicated gyms in town offer weights, cardio equipment and group classes, and a few Pilates and yoga studios operate year-round. For more serious wellness or rehabilitation, the larger spa hotels offer multi-day packages including physiotherapy, detox programmes and nutrition consultations.
