Mogren Beach
Two connected pebble beaches below the cliffs, linked by a tunnel cut through the rock.
Blue Flag Pebble Beach west of the Old Town
Mogren sits below the cliffs west of the Old Town, reached by a paved path that starts near the Ballerina statue and follows the rock face for five minutes. A tunnel carved through the headland connects Mogren I and Mogren II — the second section is quieter and slightly harder to reach, which thins the crowd. Both hold Blue Flag certification. An aqua park with inflatable obstacles floats offshore in summer. Sunbed and umbrella hire runs from €10 to €15 per pair. Entry costs €2 in peak season and is free outside July and August. The beach faces west, catching afternoon sun and sunset directly.
