The salon opens 9 AM to 8 PM Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 8:30 PM on Saturdays, with a slightly later Saturday close. Closed Sundays. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins may be accommodated. Children are welcome for haircuts. Restrooms are available. This is a cash-only salon. The 13. Jula location sits on one of the streets connecting the main road to the waterfront promenade.
