Regina E sits near the yacht marina on the western side of Budva, away from the main tourist cluster around Slovenska Beach. The kitchen centres on a wood-fired grill and oven, turning out whole fish, shrimp-stuffed calamari and wood-fired flatbreads. Fish is displayed on ice at the entrance for guests to choose before it is weighed and cooked — a format common along the Dalmatian coast but less standard in Budva. The marina-side tables catch the sunset directly, without the building obstruction that affects restaurants further along the promenade.
