Rivijera sits on the stretch of Njegoševa that opens into a small palm-lined square, just outside the Old Town gate. The kitchen leans Dalmatian — pasticada with gnocchi, grilled adriatic fish, seafood risotto — and the house wines are selected specifically to pair with the menu rather than bought wholesale. The Belgian chocolate soufflé has become a signature dessert, ordered often enough to justify its permanent spot on the card. The terrace is quieter than the waterfront restaurants one block away, sheltered from the promenade foot traffic by the buildings on either side.
