ATMs are widely available along Slovenska Obala, in the Old Town and at major intersections — most accept international Visa and Mastercard withdrawals in euros. Banks including CKB, NLB and Erste Bank operate branches in Budva with standard weekday hours (typically 08:00–17:00, some with Saturday morning opening). Currency exchange offices are found along the main road and in the Old Town.

Real estate agents handle both holiday rentals and property purchases for foreign buyers. Several agencies on Jadranski put and Slovenska Obala specialise in the expat and investor market, with English-speaking staff and listings covering apartments, villas and commercial properties across the Riviera. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available in the town centre.

The tourist information office is on Slovenska Obala near the Old Town entrance and provides maps, bus timetables and local event listings. SIM cards for Crnogorski Telekom, m:tel and One can be bought from phone shops and kiosks — a passport is needed for registration. Data packages for tourists are typically €5–€10 for a week of 5–10 GB. Post offices (Pošta Crne Gore) have branches in Budva and Bečići.
